There are a lot of ancillary costs that are not taken into consideration. They can cripple your check book because a lot of the times they are ignored. The simplest mistake is overlooking the costs that are repetitive and on an expensive hourly billing cycle. Off the top of my head, I can imagine that the permit enforcement and their inspectors will uncouthly become a major pain in the ass; I almost feel like it’s a scam. I feel that anything that is necessary warrants cost and I am a firm believer in making the economy go around, but anything over a hundred dollars an hour, and you’re raping me in the ass with a rusty blunt object without any lube to be found in sight.

Get the picture?

Closing off Spring or Second Street in downtown Los Angeles seems like an amicable past time to film producers, but nonetheless it rattles our tin cans; like the ones that the bums use for change along skid row. How can a person know that these costs will be realized somehow to fuel your career? How can you be sure that the prices you’re getting are not lower elsewhere outside LA? How can you be sure that this project will be showered with commercial success? The film producer then, becomes a hub of intricate details and calculated gambling.
